First, you have to make sure the file of your antenna in CST is done (not any change anymore). This tutorial is can use for any version software of CST Suite Studio, but this time i used CST Suite 2017.
This below step by step of export file CST to dxf format.
1. Open program CST (Any version)
2. Prepared filed CST/ File Antenna will convert to .dxf.
3. I'm using microstrip antenna rectangular patch with insert feed

5. Make sure the antenna file is already to convert (No change dimension again).
6. First, we will use WCS tool. Put it equal with top surface and export in menu.

9. Press enter, if correct and saved.

10. Next, i will convert the bottom surface.

11. Repeat the previous step, with put WCS tool equal with bottom surface
12. If it's OK, press enter.
13. My groundplane / bottom surface of antenna, is full. If your groundplane is not full, the dimension will be seen in red highlight.
14. I will make sure the dimension of the antenna (.dxf format) with the design in CST Program
15. Check first, the dimension of your antenna in CST Program.
16. Then we will check the .dxf format with CorelDraw Program (Any Version)
17. Drag file (.dxf format) into CorelDraw Program.
18. Don't forget to choose units is mm
19. Check every part of antenna until is clear.
20. If it's OK, you can go to PCB Shop to print your Antenna.
